In that way, the LANCARFIX® system has been designed for handling, quick coupling and move process lances.
Thanks to LANCARFIX®, the furnace process can be optimized due to the equipment ability to support more rigorous process conditions.
Fully or semi-automated lance changing are available. LANCARFIX® permits multiple process gases, cooling water, solids injection and electrical / instrumentation connections to service the lances proper.
LANCARFIX® has mainly been applied for handling vertical lances in copper smelting as well as in lead/zinc, nickel, platinum and ferro-alloys operations.
