In order to strengthen our Purchasing Department, we are currently hiring:
Your main tasks
Besides handling all current logistics matters such as shipping, warehousing, and packaging you will be responsible for:
- All issues related to transportation including planning
- Freight budget calculation
- Selection of carriers as well as their regular performance evaluation
- Supervision of national and international delivery processes from warehouses and/or suppliers to customers
- Control and issue of bank related documentation (L/C)
- Customs-related import and export documents handling
Your profile
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years expertise in international transport and/or logistics operations
- Fluency in English and German is essential, French being an asset
- Current MS-Office proficiency is a must; good knowledge in SAP will be considered an advantage
- Eagerness to continually improve and evolve in a motivating work environment
- Ability to work in a professional and well organised manner while integrating a dynamic team
- Readiness to international business travel
