In order to strengthen our IT Department, we are currently hiring a:
Your main tasks
- you analyse the business process and local requirements including gaining an in-depth understanding of the business needs of the different departments
- you develop tailor made process flows with respect to SAP integration aspects
- you coordinate and follow up the contributions of external consultants
- you provide knowledge-transfer to key-users
- you develop and maintain documentation for users and key-users
- you interface with key-users and users providing them support and training for all SAP-related requirements
- you coordinate and lead key-users work groups
- you implement improvements according to process requirements and technical feasibility.
Your profile
- you have 3-5 years experience in SAP support and in customization
- you possess knowledge on SAP Modules FI/CO, SD, MM, PS and HR
- knowledge in ABAP and programming of user account revocation will be considered as an advantage
- knowledge of Solution Manager, Business Warehouse and Enterprise Portal would be considered as an advantage
- you are fluent in English; strong knowledge in German and/or French will be a plus
- you are willing to travel and interested in working in an international environment with multiples cultures
- you have profound analytical skills
- you are able to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technologies and apply them according to business needs.
- you show strong communication and interpersonal skills; you are a team player and have the ability to lead
- you are service and delivery oriented as well as result driven.
