For our “Concept Engineering & Process” department, we are currently hiring a:
Your main tasks
- Definition and optimisation of the main process parameters
- Calculation of the mass and energy balance
- Definition and supervision of the laboratory tests
- Calculation of the technical-economic key figures of the process
- Follow-up of the State of the Art (e.g. literature, patents)
- Dimensioning and specification of the equipments (reactor, filter, …)
- Collaboration with the internal engineering departments
- Participation in pyro-metallurgy studies and tests.
Your profile
- You have graduated in inorganic chemistry or equivalent
- you possess strong knowledge in electrochemical and chemical engineering
- you have an experience in hydro-metallurgy and electrochemistry
- you are fluent in English and German or French. Any other language skills would be considered as an asset
- you possess advanced computer skills
- you are willing to travel worldwide
- you show initiative, are self-motivated and you are a team player.
