In order to strengthen our IT Department, we are currently hiring a:
Your main tasks
- to provide an internal support for AutoCAD
- to perform user training and consulting
- to gather and forward information as required
- to maintain data files and monitor system configuration in order to ensure data integrity
- to work with programming groups to define and to recommend software improvement programs for CAD software
- to make suggestions for work process and CAD product improvements
Your profile
- strong academic background in mechanical engineering
- 3 years professional experience within 2D AutoCAD is an asset, preferably in an industrial environment
- fluency in English; French and/or German is essential
- profound computer skills are required
- experience in the industry environment is considered as an asset
- ability to work effectively in a team as well as individually
- you should possess a strong customer service attitude and be pro-active
- you should show a sense of urgency toward project completion
